My Cats!!1!
These are my dear cats, also known as Wichiwis, a lovely name given by my mom. I'll try to upload different pics so you get to know them.
Nyx
- aka: Nick, Mamocho, Stevie Nicks, Mick, Wichiwí, Gastón Gatuso.
- Colour: Gray, kinda like a russian blue?
- Eyes: green.
- Favourite toy/game: Hunt moths and flies, getting brushed.
- Backstory: Gifted to me by an ex-boyfriend on February 14th, 2020. After a week or so my family and I realized he had a severe case of ringworm, and we became infected too :). In the country I live in, it's common to say "'ringwormy' cat" as something derogatory to every cat, even if they're healthy, but in this case, it was real lol. He spent over a month at the vet receiving sanitary baths and medicine, and just after that he came home. We also had to start a family medical treatment to cure us of ringworm. Since then, he's become the most humanized cat I have ever known, and we love him just like that.
Hémera
- aka: Hemerita, Memerita, Mi niñita.
- Colour: Orange with some white spots. Like a mango or custard apple ice cream
- Eyes: green.
- Favourite toy/game: Hunt moths and flies, fetch a little ball made of paper and tape.
- Backstory: I rescued her from a chemical selling company. Her mom had her babies there and the company chief wanted to kick out. So one of the workers started to offer the kittens for adoptions, and that's how I found out. When she first came home Nyx was very angry and jealous, but over time, they became fond of each other. For some time Hémera had some bladder issues (?) and used to pee all over my bed. Hopefully, those times are gone.
Hakika
- aka: Hakika wekika, chica.
- Colour: European common cat with white spots.
- Eyes: green.
- Favourite toy/game: Playing with a furry tail (?) sewn to a stick.
- Backstory: I first thought of her as a gift for my mom, since she was going through some low times and perhaps she needed someone to take care of. Turned out my mom didn't want a cat so I ended up keeping her as my third and last (I hope) cat. When she was like 3 months old SHE ATE A F-ING STAPLE, fortunately we arrived to the vet on time, saving her for the affordable price of $600 :). She is very VERY playful and active. Likes to steal food from your plate as you're eating and doesn't care if it's burning hot or not.
